Quick Fixes
My CD-ROM isn't working.

Go to "My Computer" and double click your CD-ROM drive. If your CD-ROM drive does not begin running, try to play a music CD in your computer's CD-ROM drive, which will tell you if your drive has a problem. If a music CD works and The Exam Simulator doesn’t work, give us a call at 800-301-0994.

My product code is locked out.

Call Technical Support at 800-301-0994.

I have the wrong product./The right test is not available on my disk.

Chances are you've used The Exam Simulator for a different product on your computer, or someone else has used The Exam Simulator on a public computer. If The Exam Simulator is not giving you the study option you want, hit F2 at the "Choose Your Exam" screen. This will take you to the “Product Code” screen where you can reenter your product code.

My CD-ROM expired.

The Exam Simulator is valid 2 years from its production date. If your CD-ROM has just expired, you are not studying from the most current information, and therefore will not be adequately prepared for your actual test.
