Error 1150: Setup has detected an incompatible version of Windows...

This error may occur on Windows NT 4.0 computers that are not patched with the latest Service Pack from Microsoft. This error does not represent a problem with The Exam Simulator.

To fix this problem, you must install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a. This service pack may be downloaded from Microsoft free of charge. Once you have installed the new service pack, you will be able to install The Exam Simulator. The following link should assist you in locating the free download:
