There exist three conditions under which The Exam Simulator may generate a Runtime Error 326 - Resource with Identifier
VERISON Not Found exception.
This error can occur on all versions of Windows.
Possible Problems
- The Exam Simulator is being run on a computer that is configured to display 16-color graphics.
- The Exam Simulator files on your computer have become corrupted due to hard drive problems.
- The Exam Simulator is being run on a computer that is out of usuable memory.
Resolution
- Ensure that your computer is configured to display 256-color graphics or better, as explained in Windows documentation.
- Uninstall The Exam Simulator from your computer using the Add/Remove Programs applet in the Control Panel.
- Remove The Exam Simulator CD-ROM from your computer.
- Reboot your computer.
- Insert The Exam Simulator CD-ROM in your computer and allow it to install.
If you are still receiving this error after following the above procedure, your computer likely does not have enough free
memory to run The Exam Simulator. This is resolved by purchasing more Random-Access Memory (RAM) for your machine.
If you are confident that you have at least 32MB of usuable RAM on your computer, your copy of The Exam Simulator
CD-ROM may be corrupted. In this case, please contact technical support to procure a replacement copy.
